Register for the conference

For conference registration and hotel booking we kindly ask you to download and fill in registration/reservation form which you can find here:

When agency receives a filled form they will answer you in 24h.

VAT  is included in the price.

The conference registration fee includes (both general and student) conference proceedings, conference reception and banquet, refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch during the conference. For accompanying person it includes the conference reception and banquet, a well lunches during the conference.

Paper publishing policy

For a paper to be included in the final programme of the Conference it is necessary that at least one of the authors registers for the Conference and pays her/his registration fees. Each registration allows the presentation of two papers.The students should attach a letter from their institution to confirm full time student status. The final fee may vary if the rate of VAT in the Republic of Croatia changes, or if the changes rate of HRK to EUR changes significantly.

Refund Policy

Substitution of participants within the same institution/company, after a registration fee has been paid, is acceptable at any time and no extra fee is payable.

In case of cancellation up to 15 March 2017, the paid registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 50 EUR for administrative charges. No refund of the registration fee will be applicable for cancellations received after 15 March 2017.

Refunds will be settled after the Conference – to participant payment card or to his/her account (information needed to refund: name of your bank, address of your bank, account name, account number, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, eventually details of refund).
