S osobitim zadovoljstvom pozivamo vas na znanstveni skup 10. SIMPOZIJ DOKTORSKOG STUDIJA GRAĐEVINARSTVA koji će se održati 12. rujna 2024. godine na Građevinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, Sv. Duh 129.
O simpoziju
Simpozij doktorskog studija na Građevinskom fakultetu utemeljen je 2015. godine s ciljem razvijanja istraživačkog rada, usvajanja znanstvene metodologije i kritičkog mišljenja doktoranada. Na simpoziju doktorandi predstavljaju trenutno stanje razvoja područja svoga znanstvenog usmjerenja odnosno područja istraživanja budućeg doktorskog rada te kroz javnu prezentaciju, razgovor i diskusiju dobivaju dodatne smjernice za izradu plana istraživanja te odabir odgovarajućih metoda.
Sudjelovanje na simpoziju s prezentacijom rada obvezno je za doktorande 1. godine studija čime ostvaruju 16 ECTS-a, dok doktorandi 2. i 3. godine prate izlaganja i aktivno sudjeluju u raspravama i time ostvaruju 1 ECTS.
Na dosadašnjih devet simpozija održano je gotovo 150 izlaganja doktoranada, a ako se tome pridodaju i pozvana predavanja te predavanja o iskustvima s dodatnog obrazovanja i usavršavanja zaposlenika, razumljiva je vrijednost ovoga simpozija za znanstvenu zajednicu Građevinskoga fakulteta.

Simpozij će se održati 12. rujna 2024. na Građevinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu na adresi Sv. Duh 129 u dvorani P3.
We are pleased to invite you to the 10th DOCTORAL SYMPOSIUM IN CIVIL ENGINEERING. The event will be held on September 12, 2024 at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Civil Engineering, Sv. Duh 129.
About the Symposium
The doctoral symposium at the Faculty of Civil Engineering was established in 2015 with the aim of promoting research and critical thinking among doctoral students. During the symposium, doctoral students present the current state of the art in the area of their future doctoral thesis and receive additional guidance in developing a research plan and selecting appropriate methods through public presentation and discussion.
Participation in the symposium with the presentation of the paper is obligatory for 1st year PhD students and leads to 16 ECTS, while 2nd and 3rd year PhD students are required to attend the symposium and thus receive 1 ECTS.
In the last nine symposia, almost 150 presentations were given by PhD students. In addition, invited talks are given each year by established national and international researchers. The symposium is also an opportunity for faculty members to present experiences from short-term scientific missions and training.

The symposium will be held on September 12, 2024 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Zagreb at the address Sv. Duh 129 in room P3.
