Her main research focus is on the advanced testing methods for the formulation of new cement types with a lower environmental impact. Focus of her Master thesis was <em>Binders based on calcined clay in concrete for general application<\/em>. In the year 2019.\/2020. her work &#8220;<em>Development of sustainable binders based on locally available materials<\/em>&#8221; was awarded with Rector&#8217;s Award. She is a winner of Rector&#8217;s Award and a co-author of scientific paper &#8220;<em>Release Rate Enhancement of Lurasidone Hydrochloride from Orally disintegrating tablets using lyophilization<\/em>&#8220;. Her area of interest is reactivity and microstructure of calcium aluminate-based binders with a significant share of alternative mineral additives. Focus of her Master thesis was Evaluation of the seismic resistance of a masonry building using an equivalent frame model and a pushover analysis method. The focus of her thesis was on the corrosion of different types of stainless steels after long-term exposure to real marine environment. His research topic was development of high-performance concrete using low CO2 cement, especially the concrete which can resist high chloride attack and acid attack. His main field of research is the corrosion behaviour of steel in alkali-activated materials, as well as matrix properties influencing this behaviour (such as chloride diffusion and binding).
