The new product, called ECO\u2082Flex, is an innovative technological solution in the cement industry for the reduction of CO\u2082 and energy in production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"730\" height=\"487\" src=\"http:\/\/www.grad.hr\/latom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/EcoFlex-vizual.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-487\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.grad.hr\/latom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/EcoFlex-vizual.jpg 730w, https:\/\/www.grad.hr\/latom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/EcoFlex-vizual-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For the development of this innovation, <strong>Calucem d.o.o<\/strong> cooperates with two partners, <strong>Calucem GmbH<\/strong> and the <strong>Faculty of Civil Engineering<\/strong>.<br>Faculty of Civil Engineering University of Zagreb is leading the activities connected to Work package 4 on <em>Reactivity, durability and microstructure<\/em>. Two Early Stage Researchers (ESR) are employed by the Faculty for the purpose of this project: <strong>Josipa Sko\u010dibu\u0161i\u0107 Peji\u0107<\/strong> and <strong>Alma-Dina Ba\u0161i\u0107<\/strong>. Their task will be to assess reactivity of developed clinker and cement and to evaluate their influence on durability of concrete.
