Authors are kindly requested to review the preliminary symposium programme for paper presentation schedule.

ORAL PRESENTATION

The authors of papers designated for oral presentation should note that 15 minutes are assigned to each contribution (12 min presentation + 3 min discussion).

The presenting authors are kindly requested to prepare the presentation in PowerPoint 2003, bring it along to the symposium venue on CD-ROM or USB drive, and hand it to technical staff at the symposium registration desk, 2 hours before the start of the session to which their presentation is scheduled to at the latest.

POSTER PRESENTATION

The authors of papers designated for poster presentation should prepare the poster, preferably of size 600 x 800 mm. The posters will be displayed at the exhibition hall (just in front of main congress hall of Ambasador hotel). Please consult our technical staff at the symposium registration desk for help to affix your poster to whiteboard panels.

PAPER SUBMISSION

In order to reach required technical level of submissions, all participants are asked to follow guidelines for the preparation of papers, using the template provided by the link below.

Authors are kindly asked to check the following before submitting the final paper:

Make sure that the title of the paper does not exceed 90 characters. Please supply keywords for your paper as indicated in the sample paper (max 10 keywords). Keywords should help searching for papers using the subject index of the proceedings. Please provide author's affiliation and contact details at the end of the paper, as indicated in the sample paper. Symposium proceedings will be published in full colour, so the use of colour in figures and photographs is recommended.

Papers should be submitted as "Word" (doc) and "Portable Document Format" (pdf) by e-mail to the Symposium Secretariat before specified deadline to the e-mail address: 4ccc@grad.hr

The Symposium Secretariat will confirm the receipt of each received paper.

Authors will be notified whether their contribution is designated for oral or poster presentation.
